During this class you’ll have tons of choices to choose from to build your perfect charcuterie platter, craft (and drink!) a delicious cocktail, and end with creating a beautiful floral centerpiece from flowers and greenery that you choose. Included with your ticket are all of the supplies to create your charcuterie platter, cocktail, and floral arrangement, as well as a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, custom engraved wooden serving board, all instruction, and of course, a wonderful night of fun! This is a family-friendly event, co-hosted by The Grazing Forest Charcuterie & Buffalo Baked, where you’ll learn how to make hot cocoa bombs with everyone’s favorite choice of fillings, then build a dessert style charcuterie board displaying your new creations amongst your choice of delicious and seasonal toppings, cookies, and other sweets!
There will also be a cotton candy machine for the kids to learn how cotton candy is made (and of course, eat some too!)
Pricing is by family/board, so kids welcome!
Small board ideal for families of 2-3, large board ideal for 4-6. Larger families may consider a combination of boards or contacting us for custom options!
